Waterboarding, sleep deprivation, sexual humiliation, restraints, barking dogs, the list is endless. Scooter would have remembered eventually.

What happened to all the Bush defenders? Where are the clever right wing pundits? How about all the Clinton comparisons?

Don't tell me the balloon deflated before 1/20/09? Come tell me how this is all fine and the correct thing to do.

I've heard of the really nutty right-wingers saying it was a good decision. Out of those polled, something like 65% of people said that he shouldn't have pardoned him.

But some are defending Bush's decision. How and why, I'm not sure. I have absolutely no idea how anyone can defend this, logically and morally.

EDIT: Apparently back in March it was 3-to-1 against pardoning Libby. (http://www.galluppoll.com/content/?ci=26893) Nice of Bush to spit in all their faces.

I'm sort of surprised he went for "commuting" the sentence instead of a full-on pardon, but Bush literally has nothing to lose now, so what's a little more damage to his legacy between no WMD's and Abu Ghraib?
