Ill communication artwork

Been unsuccessfully trying to track down the artwork on the insert of the Ill communication album. Does anyone here know who did it, or if it is lurking around on the net anywhere?

Alex Grey also does a lot of the artwork for the inserts of Tool.

Some interesting work.
