Hey,
I collect vinyl and I thought when I clicked on the link that I was going to hear a mix that I currently have of the same 2 songs mashed. The track that I have is Intergalactic Vs. Wu-Tang Vs. KLF, and came from a Japan 12" bootleg called Bastard Busters. (Just as a side note, this 12" is one in a series of 6 or 7 limited pressings of Beastie mashes and remixes (many of which were lifted off this MB)).
Anyway, this is not a mash I have heard before, and I wondered if you still have the vinyl, or can tell me who made the track. Thanks.

Glad you like it. This isn't a record I bought - I made it myself with the acapella off the Intergalactic 12" on one turntable and the "dub instrumental" version of the Ghostbusters theme off the original Ray Parker Jnr 12" on the other. I couln't beleive how well it worked when I first tried it - the verses / hooks fit in exactly the right places! I used to play this out in clubs and the crowd would always go nuts for it.

I wasn't aware of the Japanese 'Bastard Busters' 12" until now, so I guess someone else had the same idea! I first discovered this about 8 years ago - don't know if I was the first or not but I'd like to think I was, and that someone got wind of it and nicked it off me! Maybe... I've never been to Japan though! :)

Thanks for the info. I like your version better. The vinyl that I have was put out in 2004 so either someone had the same idea, or jacked it from you. In any case, I like this one!! (y)
