I'm in Canada right now for the next few months, been here since Wednesday, and am doing a week of skydiving now. It's been real fucking hot here, hotter than I have even seen. Like mid to high 30s. That's like 100 degrees, right?

Just arrived at the skydiving centre in a place called Beiseker in Alberta a couple of hours ago, I can't wait to actually get up in the air. I'll be scared shitless but it'll be amazing. Hopefully I'll get some pictures and shit, and maybe (probably not, I never post pics of me) I'll post some.

Canada is cool though, like the USA but without the retarded Americans. Shit is really big over here, it's over 50km to the only town in the area, it's a bit too big for me, used to living in Europe which is cramped and tiny. Everyone drives massive trucks with 5.0 litre engines. But I like it, I want to live here now. I'll have to go AWOL and stay in Canada. Canadians are mostly cool, but they can be massive aswell. Went out some bars and clubs on Friday, and WOAH there are some big women about!

That'll do for now, I'm here for the week and I'll update you if I survive the jumps. Check you later.

that's 86 degrees fahrenheit. its pretty much hotter than that during the day where i live in NC all of the time.

good luck with the skydiving. i could never do it. in all likelihood, i would faint midair. and/or piss myself. im horrified of heights.

bobby just got back from there, and he said it was cool out, and that a couple of nights he could have used a hoodie but hadn't brought one with him.

it's soooo not hot up there.

You dumb shit Americans. When I said mid to high 30s. I didn't mean 30.5 or 30.8. I meant fucking 35c to 38c. 38c is 100.4 F! Now tell me it's not that hot. I'm about to jump out of a plane in the next hour or 2, so bye.

Woo, guess what I just done! It was fucking amazing, totally great. You have to shuffle out on the step and hold onto the support of the wing, then let go. The 6 seconds before you canopy totally opens seems like a year, but once it's open, you just ride around and enjoy it. Such a rush and cannot wait to do it many more times this week. Unfortunately for some reason, the video of the jump didn't work for just me, so I didn't see the look on my face, but hopefully they'll get it right tomorrow.

I totally recommend it to anyone, you barely have time to get nervous or scared as you are just doing as you are told until you let go. Now I can start carving it up a little with some figure 8s and hard turns.

You're in Alberta? I'll be moving there in 2 weeks. Where exactly are you?

Right at this very second, a place called Beiseker, which is where I'm jumping this week. It's like 70km from Calgary. But I'm based in Suffield not too far from Medicine Hat which is where we go out at nights and weekends. Unfortunately every single bar and club is full of British soldiers, so it kinda sucks.

Canada is most definately awesome though. The UK sucks and I never want to go back.

...Whole idea of the speech was: your neighbors are just too darned close to you. So what I was thinking,
if I was Ronald Reagan, I wouldn't be so upset about Central America, I would be afraid of Canada. Ladies and gentlemen, I looked it up
myself, Canada is closer to the United States than South Bend is to Mishawaka. Look it up yourself. This country is 3,000 miles long, just
looming over you, could come down any time and attack you. I know what everybody says, everybody says the same thing: Canada is your
friend, you've been friends for 200 years or so. I say, don't push your luck. Who knew, ten years ago, there would be trouble in Central
America? Ten years from now it could be Canada.

So, if I was Reagan, I'd nuke 'em. I'd do it. One bomb on Toronto.

I read this fact once, says you could take all the Chinese people, line 'em up four abreast, march them into the sea, and they would
never stop. That means, I think, that there's so many of them, I guess they would be multiplying in line...

...Canada has entire population of 180,000 people. Don't quote me on this exactly. 180, 190, but I know it's not more than 200,000 people.
Anyway, you could line up the Canadian people, march them into Lake Erie, could take like an afternoon. You could have lunch, march them
into the lake, be home for dinner. I say let's start, what's holding things up here?
