I have to move out or find two new roommates. if cort's cousin lets me live in her guest bedroom, I'd only have to pay $366 a month. and that would be a breeze. I'm making more money now, but damn it! I am used to cheap rent and I don't want to pay $650+ to live alone. also I am scared.

well, cort has been my life partner for the past 7 years. and she up and got a serious boyfriend and they're in love, and want to live together and get marrrrried. fags.

my original plans to move into a super sweet apartment in a really cool area fell through a few weeks ago. and I've been dealing with this flaky dude I know who wanted to get a house/warehouse/loft with a bunch of people so we could make a recording studio/art studio commune thing...but he pussed out.

so now I'm looking at studios with utilities included by my work in yuppie-ville. which would be find, but I'd rather not live in one room in a high rise when I could (if I find a roommate/roommates) spend hundreds of dollars less for a large apartment away from the yuppies, but that is increasingly harder to find if you don't want to live in the ghetto.

Yeah, I have to get accepted into the university of my choice before I can make any plans to move, and it's looking like I'm gonna be stuck here for another year. Ugh. :(
