Concerns that one day i'll have lost every last friend and that nobody will ever really love me outside my family.

You really have to keep moving and take things in your stride. You can't afford to dwell on anything, because in one year on nothing will have changed, but if you're still worrying about whatever that thing is, you've wasted a year of your life!

Contracted a nasty illness in Egypt, as well as was stung by a poisonous anenome, but the scariest was a big storm whilst out sailing in the Atlantic, my dad was injured when the mast cracked and came down, all very excititing with rescue helicopters, etc.
