i need to learn how to make tofu which kind should i buy and how do i prepare it?

help me out please


i know this shud prolly be in the cooking section i knoW!

Well what do you mean what kind? What are you specifically trying to make? You can buy it baked already which is really easy (and tasty), because you just throw it into whatever. You can fry it, that's yummy. Anything, really!

just PM cosmo, she loves eating tofu, cardboard, and plywood. it's all good stuff. it's all about how you prepare it apparently.

I buy the blocks of firm stuff for sandwiches, marinade it in some tomato and basil stuff, the fry it to seal it all in, then keep it in the fridge in a tub people can help themselves. Nice with salad.

Smoked tofu is nice with fried noodles, other than the steak immitation is my fave. You have to be a more passionate cook than I am to make the regular 'fu interesting...
