If that's the "fine pink dust" one, it's hilarious. Looking forward most definitely. I was going to post this a couple of days ago, I'm glad someone else did cause I never would have got my shit together.(y)(y)

Bender: "...I demand a hero's welcome after 72 network episodes."

Fry: "'Network episodes?'"

Leela: "That's what we call the deliveries we made for the Box Network, a division of Twentieth Century Box."

Bender: "And by my count, we did 72 primetime episodes."

Fry: "'Primetime?'"

Leela: "That's what we call deliveries between 8 and 11 PM, or 7 and 10 on Sundays."

i think that i'm such a big fan that just seeing something new will be enough for me. i'll give my two cents after i see it.

i'm sad that you gave it a bad review. can you say why without giving anything away?

I'm a big fan as well.

But this was like a normal episode dragged out to last 80 minutes. With lots of yawn between the fun stuff.

Others have liked it more than me though, so you might (and probably will) do that as well.

AceFace

yeah. it's made that way so they can break it up into episodes later. i was afraid of all that.

I watched it - I liked it!

It had a well thought out plot (if utterly confusing) and brought back old and cherished characters without spunking them in your face.

It did slow a little in certain places, but not enough to make me lose interest, and in fact I can't wait for the next one. Compared to the last few episodes of the last season it felt like it got back on track a little.

My only grievances were the sometimes lacklustre animation (it felt a little unfinished in places) and also spoiler---> the fact that it was supposed to continue from where the last season finished off, but there was no mention of Fry and Leela being together, as well as how obvious it was that Fry was Lars. Anyone who didn't realise Fry was Lars all along couldn't recognise a barn door if it hit them in the face and then raped them. Can barn doors rape people? And maybe it was supposed to be obvious that Fry was Lars all along? Maybe it was all a big joke at the viewer's expense? And why can't I punctuate the ends of my sentences properly! Ah well, who cares. <---spoiler.

All in all it was pretty damn solid, and a great re-starting point to build from, although I'm not looking forward to having to buy the TV and DVD versions to get hold of all the extra bits of storyline that they'll have to put in to make it work cohesively on TV.

8/10 = (y)(y)(y)(y)

I'm gonna go out and rent it first because so far reactions to the movie has been a little mixed but positive.

I'm going to wait to form an opinion though *gasp*

weak, F minus. one big fry/leela love story. if i want to watch a soap opera at least Passions is more tasteful than that drivel

first time around was weak. but after watching it a second time, i began to love it. it has that heart touching thing that futurama is so good at.

i'll give it a C+. prolly more when i watch it a few more times.

i get what you mean. unless its literal. in which case i dont

either way it destroyed benders big score. This one was miles better. Jokes were fantastic this tiem around and reminded me much more of the originals.

i saw it like 2 weeks ago though, so i may need to watch it again.
