Probably some carazy program that cocks it up if you put anything that isn't from itunes on it.

i disconnected it when it said dont disconnect but i had no choice. there was no eject option either.

a couple of my friends had that happen to them. They just spent like 50 bucks and sent it in and they supposidly fixed it. Ipods suck.
