Anyone know why this track never got put on any of their studio albums? Good track imo

It was on the Japanese version of Ill Communication along with Son of Neckbone, The Vibes, Dope Little Song, and Resolution Time. So technically it was on a studio album... in Japan. It also made the Tour Shot single.
