Yonaguni,a lost city?

This is an ancient structure discovered in Japan. Some scientists say that it is mostly natural and others say that it is made by an ancient human civilization 10 000 BC, like they said in the video, it goes back to the ice age, but human were retarded at that time( as not really advanced ,picking fruits and mens were training their women by the hair ;) . So who shaped those rock formations, if human did it? Civilization from another planet perhaps?
