the pics are up on the website now...it appears that the crowd was feeling the dresscode, despite earlier reports that the dress code policy was angering some of the fans...

way to go Denverites, Denverians, and Denverers!

We're getting closer and closer to establishing the earlier reports as garbage 99% of the time.

I repeat, please keep this theme going into the later dates on this tour, including, but not limited to:

Wiltern, Los Angeles
Warfield, San Francisco
Riviera, Chicago

so on and so forth...

my good buddy from Texas is coming up for a Beastie Roadtrip. We are going to Santa Barbara and then up to the "Whole Bay Area"

although we might be breaking many rules and dress code violations, we are debating which show to dress up for- Santa Barbara or Berkeley...

We're getting closer and closer to establishing the earlier reports as garbage 99% of the time.

What it was is people came dressed up no doubt but as we were waiting in line we were told that formal was going to be lined up and let in first and informal wasn't They were going on the basis that formal for guys meant a coat AND tie. Not one or the other or just looking nice. This is what got people mad at first because all the previous info just mentioned no birkenstocks or tshirts or cargo pants. People were not happy, that is why they changed it because then all the people in the front of the line dressed nice but no coat and tie would not get in till the end. Plus what would happen if your friend maybe only wore a tie? Do you have to split up with them and meet up later? It was just a recipe for disaster. I am so glad they changed it. I had my sister at the Salvation Army buying my man a coat and tie haha!

It's probably something that requires better promotion/advertising.

Check my picture, I'm #15.
I'm rockin' a vintage 70's hounds-tooth light brown checked paid 3 piece suit and full brimmed woven reed hat!
The suit is wool... so it was hot up in tha spot.

My friend Chris is in the chair, rockin the spaghetti black dress, cut high to show the thigh.

Oh, and Beyonce grabbed my ass!

Are you people clicking on the correct spot. At first, I tried to click on the title and that didn't do it. I think it said "here" where you click. I felt like a fool because it took me a good minute to figure it out. :o

I would really lose my shit if I stood in line for hours and was told that my formal wear wasn't formal enough. I'm glad whoever was running the thing changed the rules. Was the gala thing in Denver just an advertisement for Live Nation? Were they making the rules rather than the band? I assume that they took the photos, and you have to give them your email address to see them. I'm sceptical of all the corporate tie ins, but I'm a bit paranoid that way. No one else seems to notice?

I clicked both places and neither one works. My pop-up blocker kicked in so I disabled it...but still no pics of the Gala Event.

When you click on "here," it does pop up with a Live Nation page and they make you give your email address, so I suppose that could be screened out as an ad or something. The Live Nation pop up doesn't have it's own internet address it seems.

I figured it out...I had to "permanently" allow pop-ups.

If you're having issues seeing the Denver photos, you'll need to:

1) Allow pop-ups from BeastieBoys.com (set your blocker to always allow pop-ups from BeastieBoys.com, you can trust us); and
2) Make sure you've got the latest version of Flash (http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash) installed.

I'll tell you what!

We had FIVE of us on the front RAIL at The Fillmore, CENTER, DRESSED AND IMPRESSED to see Our Crowd SHINING!!!

The Women Looked Beautiful! I rocked a suit, mohawk, and the pimped out shades.

For those that went to this show, great job!!!!!!!

We have some extremely solid pics from the front rail, of both The Beasties five feet from us AND The Crowd that took the MVP Trophy.

Will try to get these pics posted by late evening on Monday.
Amazing TWO NIGHTS! Amazing!
