Get a ripe avocado, ripe but not overly ripe..cut it into chunky pieces but not too fat...some milk but not chocolate, and add regular sugar . The ratio to milk and avocado is maybe equivalent or a third avocado and more milk...

This is going to sound dumb but pasta, boiled pasta by itself then, milk, pepper ,pepper flakes or slices or cut up green pepper? like that? I'm interested in trying it because I luv anything pasta...or italian food for that matter...

All the other replies sounds interesting also.

This summer when had beach fires ,my papa would take like 1/2 dozen whole artichokes and stick them in the outer edge of the coals/hot ash for 15-20 minutes then you rinse them in the sea and trickle olive oil and balsamic vinegar on them, peeling the layers away and eating the little fruit bit's at the bottom of each pettle,so nice with a cold beer....(y)

This was how my grandma made pasta for me when I was little cause I was yet to like tomato marinara or tomato anything for that matter, sometimes with a little butter too.....nice memory....(y)

actually, whats really good is:

avocado, milk, olive oil, salt and pepper mixed in a blender, then heated and poured over any kind of pasta.

simple, cheap, quick and so good

just close your eyes and do it

Make perogy's like you normally would (no bacon though),brown onion and mushrooms in one pan,fry perogy's in the other, then deglaze the shroom n onion pan with a combo of yogourt and a teaspoon of Pataks hot curry paste, mix it all up and serve on a hot plate......cultural cuisine clash....(y)
