Just got this email today, along with my tickets in my mail hahaha! I was worried about not getting them. Today is a good day :)
To whom it may concern,
This email is to inform you that your purchase of Beastie Boys tickets was done online with Ticketmaster during the time of a Circle of Friends Presale. Circle of Friends is a program that gives its members access to presales to shows at the Hummingbird Centre. Unfortunately, during the time that you purchased your tickets, we were experiencing technical difficulties with the password box, and therefore you were able to bypass this step in order to buy. Please note that although we will not be cancelling your tickets, in order for you to have presale access in the future, a Circle of Friends membership will guarantee you this privilege. Here are some benefits to having a membership:
- It starts at $75
- You get a tax receipt as it is a charitable donation
- Discounts at our partner restaurants
- Notify you by email about upcoming shows
