maybe Alt Nation was the wrong channel because if you go here (http://www.sirius.com/wo/behindthemic/index.html) and scroll to the bottom, it says that the beastie boys recently dropped by the studio on boombox (which is another channel)

however, i don't have sirius, and i'm not sure how it works, so i could be all wrong...
