They really piss me off.


Fer example, i am waiting on a mad important piece of mail coming by recorded delivery, and the mailman never gets here until after 3pm, and that's on a good day. Last summer the mail was always in before 9am. What gives yo?

maybe the postie has stopped off to one his 'regulars' for another type of 'special delivery'

He's at the end of the road now sleeping in his car. Hmm.

I think my one saves my mail and delivers it all on one day. I swear I get nothing all week and then loads! (of bills!)

When I was a postie there used to be the term 'shabbing' which meant when there used to be a second delivery,after breakfast,posties would stick mail back into the sorting,so to save them them from walking too far and making sure they finished earlier but that doesn't happen now as it is much more stricter

There were a few posites around how that got busted for dumping their letters, one of them used to work in Sainsburys with me, too!
