i swallowed a pill in capsule form

and didnt wash it down with water then about 5 minutes later i burped and this dust came out my nose and mouth. never been so close to being sick without actually being sick. it tasted fuckin nasty. now thinkin about it makes my stomach turn.

I am so crap at taking tablets it's embarrassing. Give me the teenyist tablet and i'll need a pint of water to wash it down. I also throw my head back and forth like a demented horse.

I almost never need water when I have to take a pill. Guess with some pills it's good idea eh?

I did once sneeze right after I was about to swallow a pill. It went projectile-style across the room and I couldn't find it after that.
