It's 15 minutes of Pro-shot footage from the Fuji Rock Festival in Niigata, Japan shown on the Japanese TV Station WOWOW. I downloaded this from dailymotion thanks to the Mic To Mic website link ( http://www.mic-to-mic.blogspot.com/ ).
It really sucks trying to watch videos on that site because they pause all the time so here's the video:
