i bought a bunch of bananas but they're only perfect for like one day. after that they're either too green or too brown to really be pleasant. and of course you buy like 6 of them at a time so you really only get 2-3 "good" bananas per bunch

i'm not gonna stop eating them though

i know cranberry juice is good for the urinary tract, the liver, and some women apparently drink it when they're on their period (i only know this because of the departed), surely it's also good for poo

also i used the word "diuretic" incorrectly. diuretics aid urination. i figured "diuretic" sounds a lot like diarrhea so they're probably related but nope!
