I got a "deal" on a case of solid white,so,I'm looking for ideas....I usually just use it in sandwhiches or on toast for breakfast with minced celery, chives, bit of mayo, salt, pepper and a shot of vinegar......anyone do casseroles or other such fare???

I only use olive oil instead of mayo in my tuna sammy sam's
it tastes the best when you slap it in a bowl with some fine chopped onions bits and leave it there overnight
I also put lots of dill in there too
prrrrrrrrr

Sounds yummy..I usually prepare it the most common way if I eat it...though I prefer Miracle Whip to regular mayonaise. I like mine packed in oil. Especially I don't dress it up.

Tuna and Cous-Cous. Ainsley Harriots flavoured ones go particularly well with it. I prefer the citris one. I also like tuna with tabouli, the lemon juice in the salad dressing really complements the tuna, try adding a little fresh mint too.
You can also make tuna patties by combining mashed potato, an egg, tuna, spring onion, corn if u want, seasoning...form them into patties, coat in flour and fry lightly in oil. Personally I dont like that. Nor do I like tuna mornay(basic white sauce, onion, tuna, et al with pasta) (sp), but that's another option.
