Destro's ancestory goes back many centuries in scotland, and they all done some type of mask. so, chances are there werent any blacks in his family (I do believe his ancestory dates back to the 12th century).

In some joe comics, they showed him without the mask, and he was white.

OK, seriously - this guy is a polar expert. How many black people to you know that like the snow/cold climate? I know none, not a single one. The black friends and relatives in my life have all complained constantly about the cold and wore 40% more clothing than necessary in such situations. OK, maybe one black guy I can think of, and he was whiter than most white people I've met.
