i can never seem to find the right combo when i am cooking fish

i just picked up a couple cuts of this black tooth shark yesterday and want to dress it up nicely for dinner. any suggestions on what to cook it with?

i usually end up just cooking it up in a frying pan, and it doesnt really do the fish any justice. i think i'm going to go for the steam bake method with this stuff and stick it in the oven with something tasty on the side.

so what do i cook with my fish to make it reach its awesome potential? and what should i have on the side to complete my meal?

I usually have dirty rice when I grill tilapia or tuna steaks.(y)

Any kind of rice, really. I love Zatarans.

Pretty much exclusively with rice....unless it's a bacala and then grilled potatoes on the side are nice...but yeah,rice.....or in a fish taco.....(y)

Depends on the fish of course, but let's say you have plaice or tilapia.

1.) Just cover it with flour and bake it in hot butter (a lot of butter).
2.) Put some shrimps on top of it (also baked in a buttered pan).
3.) Then cook potatoes and serve the with a little fresh parsely.
4.) Serve with fresh green salad or cooked spinach leaves (also great).

Let me know, when dinner's ready, I'll come over to test it ;)
