View Full Version : I live in Chicago now
I'm sure this matters to all of 2 people on the board, but I just moved into Chicago and I'm staying for at least a year now. I got a sweet job with a graphics company and I'm living in Oak Park...seems like a nice neighborhood so far.
Hope everyone on the board is doing well too - I've been taking time off of here to move etc.

What? You don't live in NY? Haha, it seems that whenever people post something about moving or vacation it's to NY.
Way to break the trend man. Just for that, I think I'm moving to Iowa. Or Kansas.

Welcome to the best city in the world.
If you are in to beef sammiches, and who isn't - check out Buona Beef on North Ave. just east of Harlem.
Alpine Deli on North just west of Harlem is the spot for all your Italian specialty items. Best subs in the city.

Welcome to my town Waus!
So...does this mean you are coming to the Chicago shows? Oak Park is pretty snazzy...the green line goes in and out of the Loop. I'm right off the Green line as well. *cough*
Skinny...I'm not into beef sammiches. But he's right Buona is the best. Also, check out Johnny's on North Ave. for some great Italian ice. Do you have a car or are you getting familiar with the el?
Any questions please let me know!
