yeah, if we can somehow get tickets in the 2 seconds before it sells out we're definately going to sydney to check them out
add me to that "hope to get a sydney ticket" list.
should be going with one of my boys but i know a chick from work who is going to sydney so yeah.. i have the "know someone who is going" incentive.
looking forward to it (y)
edit:
according to this (http://www.fasterlouder.com.au/news/local/10520/Rage-Against-the-Machine-tour-announced.htm); "Additional Rage Against the Machine dates are scheduled for Auckland, Queensland, Adelaide and Perth – stay tuned to FasterLouder for the announcement."
doubt they'll be seperate gigs - probably just the BDO dates for them.

ah. well the fact that they say queensland and not brisbane pretty much confirms they're going to be BDO. either way i'm gonna try and go to sydney.
damn, Tool this year, RATM next, they're really trying to make up for putting White Stripes as headline in 2006........

some very ambitious rumours there. where did you find out about UNKLE? if they're confirmed they'll headline the boiler room and there'll be no chance of the chemical brothers being there

i don't think chemical brothers will come. its too soon. i'd say pendulum or unkle as headliner for the boiler room.
rumours are compiled from a number of sites. not just names pulled from a hat, but artists who have an album to promote - or are in asia in dec/jan, or have rumours of an aust tour in jan/feb.

looks better than previous years. much.
if i'm lucky i'll score some passes, whee
metallica = most probably not. they SHOULD be working on their record between now and BDO. but then again, it's metallica and they can do whatever the fuck they want.
