My boyfriend has to make one at his parents wedding this weekend. and like ya know....his dad and stepmom have been living together for 30 years and are FINALLY getting married so....this speech should be epic, yo.
he doesn't have a clue what he's going to say.
I was looking online and I found this (http://www.great-wedding-toasts.com/best-man-speeches.htm)
it's like the equivalent of buying a term paper online. $20 bucks. wow. no preview of what this 20 bucks is actually going to get you.
do people actually get away with buying their heart-felt speeches online? I think it's hilarious.
does anyone know any nice poems that would be appropriate for a wedding? although I can't see him reciting poetry either.

my cousin did one this weekend for his brother at his wedding. he's kind of a goof, so he made it funny and told a story about the couple that was sort of embarrassing for his brother in a fun way.
i thought it was really nice in a different sort of way

I hate weddings.
really I don't even want one. I'll elope if I get married. seems so much better to me.
um yeah...wedding speeches...lame. I'm thinking short and sweet. "So glad you've finally decided to get married, wow you've been through so much together blaha blah (insert lame joke here), we wish you all the love and happieness in the world!" the end. three minutes, tops.

I'd like to have a wedding and be a bride without the whole having to be married to someone for the rest of your life thing.

I actually, randomly, have one of these type of things on my pc. If you want I can hook you up with it (y)

apparently my parents got married finally after being together for atleast 25 years a few months ago and i didn't even know. they just went to city hall and filled out some papers. they only reasoning for the marriage was because one of them has better insurance.

they don't even know or care what day it happened on
my dad's biggest concern was that everyone ate all the cake that was given to them when people finally found out that they actually got married
