...this album (http://wc05.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=10:dnfqxzrgldfe) has been AWOL for a while, so it's nice to see it back in print. I wonder how the remastering sounds.
Roy Wood was the pop/rock genius behind The Move and the first incarnation of ELO. He's probably most famous (in America) for writing
"California Man," which Cheap Trick covered.
This is one of those one-man-band overdub records where Roy gets to put all his pop-gonzo ideas to work. Lindsey Buckingham turns
green with envy.
