i puked my guts out for no appearant reason last night. i woke up covered in sweat all dizy and shit. the shorts and t-shirt i was wearing last night are now in my hamper and i can smell them from here. they smell all chemically and musky. what is it about being sick that makes your sweat to god damn nasty and odd smelling?

i did have an insane headached when i woke up. it was like at the crown of my head. i couldn't put any of the lights on and move around much as it hurt too much. the pressure from wretching felt as if my head was going to pop. today that headach showed up again around 7pm and i started to get cold sweats and i felt a little woozy. i was able to ride my bike to work and back so it can't be that bad.

maybe you were exposed to chemicals in the first place and that's what made you puke

Small amounts of acetone are metabolically produced in the body, mainly from fat. In humans, fasting significantly increases its endogenous production (see ketosis). Acetone can be elevated in diabetes. Contamination of water, food (e.g. milk), or the air (acetone is volatile) can lead to chronic exposure to acetone. A number of acute poisoning cases have been described. Relatively speaking, acetone is not a very toxic compound; it can, however, damage the mucosa of the mouth and can irritate and damage skin. Accidental intake of large amounts of acetone may lead to unconsciousness and death.

i didn't eat anything that day...
