weird cat story

one of my coworkers was leaving at the same time as myself today so he offered me a ride. we're in his car and his aunt calls him and asks if he can help her move a fold out sofa and some other shit. he asks me if i wanted to help and that there was twenty bucks and probably some "good food" involved. the good food is what got me. we all thought he was puerto rican and puerto rican food is pretty damn good. it turns out he's not puerto rican and i'll get back to that later. we get to the house and it's massive. in the first little entry room there's this massive aquarium. there was various stupid cat tower things in it and... a cat. in the dinning room another massive aquarium with cat towers and another cat. in the living room another.... you get the picture. in every room there was an aquarium with a cat in it. i was just going through room to room all like...ummm, uhhh, what the, ahhhh, hmmm. not having enough balls to ask what the fuck the cat aquariums are about. i didn't want to be rude! so we move that sofa and some other furniture. his aunt offers us dinner and it was the oddest shit i have ever seen. it turns out my work buddy is not puerto rican. they're from yemen(yemenese?yemeners?yemenites?). and the food is the fucking oddest shit i have ever seen or smelled. i had no idea what the fuck it was. IT COULD HAVE BEEN CAT! my co worker sees the look on my face and bails me out by saying that he really needed to get going.

well i got fifty bucks! fifty bucks to move some furniture, get terrified to almost have to eat some really odd food, and to see CAT AQUARIUMS!

I just want to know if the food was good or not. Go figure. I mean because, really, who cares if it was cat as long as it was good. Right?

i didn't even try it. i have no idea what it was. some type of grainy shit or something that looked grainy and strips of meat spiced with spices that were really strong and i have never smelled before. all the spices made my eyes and nose run like crazy. the meat was grey and really loose like liver. i was terrified!
