I'm happy for him. Seemed like he made some bad choices in the parts he took and enjoyed his tabloid status a little too much but if he's talented and made a good movie, good for him.

You read interviews with him through the years, it's obvious he's a smart guy. I think he was just raking in the money while he had the opportunity to. He's a much more limited actor than Damon, and he probably didn't trust his talent enough to think he'd be on the A list that long.
