i am more or less doing this right now.
i have some lettuce and tomato to mix with it, but no container to really hold it all or bread/crackers to place it on. so i'm trying to stuff all three into my mouth at once

A can of solid white tuna really isn't that cheap. Some of you must be talking about that flaked crap.
It works well with jerk sauce (and in a bowl).

mine is cheap too. like under a buck, I almost wanna say 30 cents but that seems really cheap.

You can pick it up at FoodMax for about 58 cents a can if it's on sale.
Yeah -- solid white tuna's more expensive. For that kind of money, I'd go with chicken breast.

i do it sometimes when i am waiting for my toast to toast (tuna goes on the toast).
be careful to not eat too much canned tuna!

i usually just get those small snack sized cans and eat it on toast
