Muggsy Bogues played for the Charlotte Hornets from 1988-1997...and looking at the unis, I'm guessing it's anywhere from 94-97 because they were more teal in the early days....

The gold NBA logo on Mugsy Bogues jersey is the one all NBA players wore during the 50th Anniversary of the NBA back in the 1996-97 season. So it's gotta be in that timeframe.
