I've been sick. My wife is in the islands so she isn't here to baby me. I'm bored. And it sucks. And I just noticed that there are two movies I always end up watching when I'm sick.

The Princess Bride (yeah yeah I know) and Romancing the Stone

I think I've been doing this since the late 80's.

Do YOU have any go to movies when you are sick?

Apocolypse Now, We Were Soldiers, Platoon, Full Metal Jacket, Saving Private Ryan, Band of Brothers...I'm a sucker for war movies but, at least they're wars that are already over. I don't think there will ever be a good movie after it's over coming from this pile of shit war that we are seeing now.

I rarely get sick too though. If I am sick, I still end up goin to work. I pretty much use my sick time to fuck around with.
