Nail on head, cuz. From what I've read/seen of his real personality he seems like a genuinely nice guy.

And for anyone who doesn't know, Dr. Dre had quit smoking weed completely by the time he made 2001. Don't believe everything you hear in the songs, children.

I don't know that he'd quit the weed. Where did you get that? The sniffing the bag of weed thing throws me, and I've never heard a substantiated report that he quit smoking.

Actually, from what I've heard he was a pretty nice guy. My ex-boyfriend owns an automotive shop in LA and he used to hook up all of his girlfriend's vehicles with wheels and stereos. From what I've been told he was very generous and quite pleasant.
