i haven't watched mtv since '92 so, i don't know for sure but he probably did. i <3 him.

yes he did - he was on a prog called MTV Hot. He's a funny lad, Paul tonkinson, his brother is Steven Tompkinson the actor who was in brassed off and that ballykissangel. Paul changed his name to avoid similarities. He used to do loads of standup and a prog called the sunday show and was DJ on XFM Manchester til not long ago.
