ghostbusters.
my boyfriend brought this up a while back. it needs to be made into a trilogy while all of the guys are still alive and young enough to do it. just think of the city having all of those problems again, but the original guys have moved on from their ghostbusting days so they have to all regroup and figure out how to save the day... and billy murray is totally in his prime right now after all of the wes anderson fans backing him. it's a great idea.
the big lebowski
fear and loathing in las vegas
the usual suspects - backstory on keyser soze with kevin spacey

they're making an all-CGI sequel.
Murray said he'd only do it if he didnt have to appear in the flesh, and they couldnt get the budget they wanted for the script so they going the way of TMNT.
I cant wait!

Fear and Loathing sequel would be kinda lame. I think he just drove home and passed out for a week or two. ;)
Usual Suspects sequel would be great. Gotta love that flick!

The sequel would be "Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail, 1972" the book he wrote after Las Vegas. but I'm not sure that'd be a movie you want to see, if you really like F&L Las Vegas. as the name suggests it's heavily political and to be honest it was a tough read for me because it was before my time and I had no real frame of reference or understanding about the politicans he was covering. HST is my favorite author but the campaign trail is not my fav of his works. I don't think it'd make a great film either.
