and now it's bleedin'n'shit.

This is even amazingly clumsy and stupid by MY standards. Me, the person who seems to have a magnet in her butt and can't help but bump into anything within a 6 foot radius and who drops things 3 out of 5 times.

So, how clumsy art thou?

not really that clumsy myself but my girlfriend is.

I have had a few papercuts at work lately but I didn't faint and go sick.

Working in kitchens for a half decade teaches you not to be clumsy or stupid, especially around things like knives and fire. I used to think of myself as fairly ungainly and physically awkward, but now I never miss a catch, my balance and reaching are first rate, and last week I did an end run around a negligent motorist who would have run over a slower and less perceptive man.

I'm like a steel trap, motherfucker.

I work in a sandwichshop/bakery and in 1 week time I got myself 2 massive burns and a big ass cut on my thumb.
And I've got a bunch of scars from other oven related accidents.
I think in a year I'll have a leopard-skin print made out of scar tissue.

^If I knew more about Caribou I would make some kind of innuendo-heavy quip in this post.

It's not like I've never cut or burned myself, there's spots in my hands that don't have feeling anymore. But you learn not to do it anymore, and it starts to carry through to how you do other things when you're not working.

since my knees have gotten so rickety it's like standing on a stool with wobbly legs. the slightest nudge or unbalanced step sends me staggering.

I'm saying I'm not properly equipped to quip.

Me: I couldn't even tell you the last time I tripped or bumped anything. Really good reflexes.

im generally pretty good, and my reaction time is really good, but i have a tendency to jam my big toes all the time. that's the only thing that i repeatedly injure all the time
