My theory is that most of these guys wearing them have a) small penises and b) small feet and they are trying to compensate.

Im an admitted jeanophobe and havent really worn any since I was in about grade six, and those were red so they dont really count.
last time I tried was 2 years ago, and that pair I only wore out once and ended up hating them.

i actually bought a real pair of PANTS - chinos - and not jeans for the first time in like a year or two the other day. they look really awesome. surprisingly. makes it look like i have an ass.

I wore them once! and couldnt stand them after that! The rosy glow left my view of them the second i ripped the price tag off at home and slid em on again.
