its the jungle brothers. the original song its lifted from is the 'jbeez coming through' or some similiar spelling. On the 12 there is a 'bonus beat' from the song which is this loop. MMM used it live a bunch as well. If you have the DEMF 2001 performance he does a routine with it as well.
