I think I'm dying

I keep getting bad stomach/lung pains, I have hardly any appetite and sometimes I cough and get a really powerful feeling that I'm about to throw up, saliva rushing into my mouth and everything, but I never do. All this has been going on for a month or two now.

I hope it's not an actual disease and is just my body shutting down from alcohol/smoking. I hope it's not HIV.

i have some thing where sometimes my muscles between my ribs cramp and it gets really incredibly painful to breath till they uncramp and for some reason whenever this happesn theres usually some abdominal pain associated. does that feel like maybe what's happening?

and ditto on the going to the doctor thing, especially if this is something that is really problematic, like the pain/sickness interferes with other stuff.

Oh shit, you better get that checked out because my mom had those same symptoms and went to the doctor and found out it was her gallbladder. For her it was caused by obesity, but it is also caused by smoking and alcohol. (!)

i have some problems with mine, i cant eat real greasy food or it will hang itself
