Am I the only one here that has alot of wall posters? Most of them are outdated, annoying to look at, posters of movies that I liked once and that I hate now. I have them all rolled up in my closet. I can't seem to get rid of them.

mine are rolled up in the shed, ever since i moved out of home (2 years ago - rentals didnt allow posters)
my new place allows posters - and i was thinking of selecting one nice one and putting it up. we have a few posters on our walls. my fave wall is the "commie wall". some cool posters.

Well, I own my own home and I still have some posters up. They're pretty cool, but they're still posters. I'm sure that some of my friends roll their eyes.
I've been thinking about bringing a few posters into my office, but that might tell my coworkers something personal about me that I don't want them to know.

Posters and nerd type shit cover my walls. That's just me...I could care less what others think.

you can't just be having your old shitty Pulp Fiction posters up everywhere.
college/uni = huge posters from aflex palace in manchester tearing down the plaster and paper and losing some of my student house deposit.
job/own home = signed beastie artwork in frames burning huge holes in my bank account.

I have a couple of small ones in my bedroom now - a Patrick Wolf one where he's sitting in a graveyard and a small one from a certain gallery in Finland.
I have a poster from the Beasties show in Stockholm this summer, ready to put in a frame. But I can't find a frame big enough.

I will when I actually seriously finish looking. It's 100x70 I think, but the frames I have seen aren't that nice. I'm off to Habitat shortly and if that fails to deliver, the framers it is.

framers ares o much better, you get to choose depth, mount, colour of mount. It makes it more 'yours' too.

How dare you.
:D
They were very popular though. Almost as popular as the girl in the tennis skirt scratching her bum.

One of my parent's friends had that poster framed at the top of the stairs. So when you went to the loo it was the first thing you saw :/
...and stored in the old wank bank.
Sorry

i have a few posters still up in my room now. although, they are all photographs and such, just in poster form. i never really had movie/band/cheesy college sayings posters just because i never found one that i liked enough that i could bear to have up on my wall all the time
it is a good arse though (y)(y)(y)(y)(y)
a small one from a certain gallery in Finland.

I've got four movie posters. I don't hang any of them at home, though. I've got space for one poster in my office, so I rotate the posters there.
Might be time to change again, actually.

Oh posters. It is funny to grow out of them. Back in the day I remember having a shit ton of Star Wars ones. I had a Jonathan Taylor Thomas one at one point, hahahahaaaaa. Holy crap.
I have a few huge Bboys ones that have been sitting rolled up in the closet for years. They were so expensive it's hard to get rid of them. I did for a few years have a TT5B one on my wall that I liked, at least that's more arsty than just the Beasties themselves in a picture I guess.
Now I mostly have comedy posters which tend to be smaller and postcards and crap.
I do have a classic SW one in my bathroom though :P

P.S Did I steal it? I can't remember....

just dry mount them shits and they'll at least look a little classier.
hitmonlee, I beg of you not to put up "the scream". I just puked in my mouth a little. unless you're doing it to be ironic? even then. :(
I framed a Trainspotting poster really nicely with a mat years ago. it's definitely dated...but I don't know what to do with it. I got rid of Clockwork Orange. I still have The Shining, and it's mounted so it looks alright.
I threw out my giant beastie boys poster years ago when I started being embarrassed about liking them so much.

I will always have some kind of posters on the walls. Except now they are all neatly placed and framed not taped up at some funky angle like the college days.

My coolest poster is a Lost Angels movie poster with Adrock smoking a square. It's all ripped in the corners from my many years of school. I should have framed it years ago.
