Part of it's just shamelessness. But the way it's set up here, the better we're doing as a company, the more occupied the engineers are,
so they're not generating documentation, so I have nothing to do.

I set stuff up so they're supposed to at least spend one hour a week on it, but as soon as a new contract comes in, that falls by
the wayside. I only have one guy who's seriously diligent about getting it done. And that gives me about ten minutes' work a week.

It helps my post count, I guess.
