it's too cold. my roommates are nice, but they're never around until I don't want them around.

I'm at work still because I don't want to go home. I don't even have any internet in there.

I haven't even finished unpacking and I've lived there for 3 months.

the person above me is building something. so there is the sound of dragging wood, power tools, stomping and the dropping of things for a good 8+ hours a day, and I am too chicken to go up there and say, "SHUT YOUR BUTT!"

I have the keys to various people's apartments and I think I'm going to stay somewhere else tonight for fun.

stupid thanksgiving weekend. BORING!

i never fully unpacked from moving into my last apartment. I kept boxes full of my personal effects in the closet for a year. two months ago i moved into my current apartment and put those same boxes in a new closet. true story.

won't ya come and rent the 1st floor apartment from me. You can have full access to my basement too, since I kinda know ya. I'll have a recording, hang out studio down there that's got a toilet, sink, stove and I'll even have an espresso machine there too.

Seriously, I need to find some darn tenants.

haha yeah it took me 4 1/2 months to unpack my stuff down here. i would love some annoying roommates... after 4 years of having 2-5 roommates it's kind of a bummer to have none. and my apartment complex has a roach problem. that sucks too. ah well. it's close to my school and that's what's important to me.

i just shredded an old pile of phone bills from 1999. they have travelled with me in the same box through 8 or 9 apartments and across the country...

get rid of everything

i think i've talked to my roommate like 5 times in the 5 or 6 months i've been living here. not coincidentally i'm being replaced but it's ok, i found a better place

i prefer a smaller shittier place alone than a nicer bigger place with roommates. im too impatient to put up with other people's crap.

although a coupla years ago, i lived downstairs from this couple with a kid who'd stomp around all day like he was wearing IRON shoes. it was so bad it was actually funny. it was loud enough where you know the parents upstairs probably heard it just as bad. they moved just before i had enough which was good.

Your place is poifect for a jigaloo such as yourself. I live in a perfect place for a single guy but a one bedroom apartment is too small for a couple.

Especially since we both accumulate shit like packrats when we travel and we've got no place to put anything.

And plus my inlaw stopping by over the weekends, I can't chill in my living room in the early am hours cause she prefers to sleep on the couch.

I can't wait to move.

things are a little better now. I hung pictures and jazzed up the mantel. I kind of feel dumb about filling the whole place with my stuff...but nobody else really seems to be putting anything out, so whatevs. there's plenty of room, the apartment is huge.

as for bionic's comment. yes, perhaps. only because I'm always at his house. like 4 nights a week. and he has such good taste in home decor, if we had a place together, it would be awesome central. ha.
