Ever done a degree abroad?
Right now, I potentially have the option to do one more year or two more years of my current course (finishing with either an BEng or MEng, basically), but the firm i was working for over the summer have offered me a bursary and definite employment when i graduate, which i accepted. The only thing is, it's in a fairly specialist field, so as desirable as the longer MEng would be, the scope of the work covered in the additional year is far too broad and i'd be better finishing this degree early and doing an MSc in the specific subject.
I'd probably want to do it somewhere in the States, or a university where lectures are given in english at least since the subjects would be difficult enough without linguistic complications. Bleh, it all seems a bit overwhelming to me when i think about it now, but then again the only uni offering the specific course i'm interested in is the one i'm at now, and i really can't be bothered with the lectures who take it.
