Drives me nuts.

We stock the break room with snacks, which is very generous. But someone (or some people) around here will leave, like, TWO CHIPS at the
bottom of the bag rather than just finish 'em off and throw it away. I just reached for the Nilla Wafers and there was ONE cookie left and a
bunch of Nilla Wafer powder.

What is it? If you finish off the bag, you feel like you're a pig who ate them all?

My husband does this with peanut butter. I'll open the cabinet and see the jar of peanut butter and think 'oh great, I'll have a pb&j sandwich' or whatever, get everything out and then open the jar and find, like, a half a spoonful left. EVERY DAMN TIME.

my flat mates the same, except he does it with bog roll. He'll leave the roll in the bathroom with barely one sheet stuck on it. It drives me bonkers.

I should wipe my ass on his towel.

...hopefully you keep the toilet paper supply in the bathroom.

I've never understood why some people keep it in a hallway closet or something. Like, if I run out of paper, do I really want to have to dash
out of the bathroom for more?

nope, it's in the closet next to the bathroom. There is no room for it in there and there is no way I'm going to keep it on display on one of those pole thingies

I remember being a penniless student and living in this student house where a guy used my mayo to make tuna mayo sarnies and left loads of tuna in the jar.

i live in a co-op with 20 other people, so these things happen regularly.
i only leave small amounts of food if it involves a dish that i would have to clean.
