I'm talking about the non-stop, all day-all night, no matter where the fuck you go Christmas music that is blaring from the four corners on a constant loop. Don't get me wrong.....I absolutley love Christmas. I really do. But the music has GOT TO GO. Like, right now for instance. I have "Do you hear what I hear?" blasting in my ears and as a direct result it will be stuck in my head for the rest of the fucking day.......or at least until some other insipid song takes its place.
*Do you hear what I hear?*
The only thing I would like to hear is the sound of me chopping down the fucking pear tree twelve days in a row.
Oh, BTW, Merry X-mas everybody!!:)

Oh, so now you're gonna make me type it out, huh?
You are pure evil. You know that, right?
*Do you hear what I hear?*
echo(Do you hear what I hear?)
*Do you see what I see?
echo(Do you see what I see?)
Blah blah, blah blah, blah blah blah blah blah blah...
...so on and so forth.
Maybe that's not the actual title of the song but it's the part that keeps running through my head so that's what I call it.....the Fucking Do You Hear What I Hear song.

The only thing worse than Christmas music everywhere is how EVERYBODY ALWAYS FUCKING COMPLAINS ABOUT IT ALL THE FUCKING TIME. Everyone turns into a shitty comedian during Christmas time and thinks they are so great for not liking the holidays. Just shut the fuck up!

seeing this is a Hardnox loves christmas thread I'll post about my christmas shopping experience today
Too many years I have left xmas shopping until last minute and it's not happening again so I went to the 'MALL' and yeah, there was more people than usual cos they were christmas shopping so I went into Virgin Megastore and got everything for everyone I needed to get stuff for in there and it only took 30 mins(y)
then I went to get crappy cards from a card shop and had to fight my way past old ladies and mothers with baby buggies and that only took 10 mins.
I can't remember hearing xmas music but there probably was, yeah, probably but I wasn't really listening
I was just pleased I got the nightmare of christmas shopping done in under an hour.I could have done it online but ah fuck it

I didn't hear any Christmas music in stores until just a couple few weeks ago. I thought that showed real restraint.
Then again, I don't go to malls and stuff, so maybe that's part of it.

1. Like I said, I DO love Christmas. It's just the music that is annoying.
2. If you wrote a 'How-to' book, you'd be rich.

i heard a song in a store the other day, i think it was "christmas in america" something along those lines. it used the words "freedom" and "liberty" a lot. i can't remember any of the other lyrics.

Well, Ace, it uhhhh........it sounds to me as if you're claiming responsibility for this wretched assault on our eardrums.
Do you have anything to do with the origins of this Liberty song? Anything whatsoever?
ANSWER ME, DAMN YOU!!

i admit, i was jealous of LEE GREENWOOD and wanted to make my own version of "proud to be an american". i needed a twist... and what's more american than christmas!? nothing i tell you! (maybe 4th of july, but i couldn't wait)
i'm glad the stores are shoving my song down your ears! i need the money!

That gives me an idea for a Christmas game. Played like Name That Tune. Take obscure holiday music and try to guess where it's from.....we could call it For The Love God, Turn That Off!!
I like it. I think it has real potential.

it wasn't written by catholics, was it?
no, wait, that was "little altar boy"

i've started wishing people happy chaunaka. i think im gonna buy chaunaka wrapping paper this year for people's holiday gifts.
i'm not jewish. but im not christan either, so really, why does it matter which winter holiday i chose to acknowlage? i felt like switching things up a bit. also, blue and white defiantly kicks ass compared to red and green. but man fuck that kwanzaa bullshit. last year i gave a few people "winter solstice" presents.

I really haven't heard much this year. I'd like to keep it that way.
I find Christmas generally irrelevant in my life. I appreciate the winter solstice though. Finally start getting some light back on the top half of the world.
