I think there's a good chance it' Crooked I.

I mean based solely on his skills, not his songs, hooks, catalog, business acumen or influence or whatever. I still like a lot of rappers better than him (Jay, Pusha, Ghost etc), but I've been hearing this guy spit for about a decade now and he just keeps getting better and better. I don't know why he hasn't released an album yet. Meanwhile, Fat Joe's on like album #9 or some shit. Where's the justice?

I only really agree about Fat Joe being shit. The best thing I heard him on was that 'freestyle' on the first Funk Flex mix rhyming over 'Ice Cream' with Pun.
