this hurts like a bitch and nothing is taking the pain away. anyone got any ideas? i've been popping panadiene all day and it kinda dulls it, but i still can't eat cause swallowing hurts too much. hoping these antibiotics kick in soon!

Cepacol (http://www.cepacol.com/) sprays a lozenges usually work pretty well cause of the numbing effect.

soups, broths and soft food do pretty well. and yes to ice cream...though I'd avoid anything with chips, nuts or anything too chunky in it.
