So, for 2008 I "resolve" to quit smoking, drink lots of water and join a gym.

My 21st is right around the corner, and I'm already burning the candle at both ends. I operate off of 3-5 hours of sleep on a daily basis, and, yeah.. I'm pretty much exhausted.

I wanna start taking vitamins, but I'm not quite sure where/what I should start. B, C, D, E?

I'd say an all around multi-vitamin will be the best option. Especially ones with iron and calcium for us wimmins.

vitamin supplements are no substitute for a healthy diet and lifestyle (activity, adequate sleep, etc.). there's just no quick fix. get healthy and stay that way and it'll be a lifelong habit.
