Camcorder Question

I need a good, free, download for editing a camcorder video. It must be able to combine many videos, add music for a background, and if it can, make a title at the start of the video. Please help!

Windows comes with Windows Movie Maker. It does all of those things.

How? I have my videos saved as .MOV and it says "This file has been corupted, make sure it is a valid file type"once I import it :confused:
