so who has to work today?

i got into the office at 8am this morning to a dark and empty office. i messed around on the internet for an hour and a half before someone else showed up. and now, 2 hours into my day, there are 3 of us here.

i really feel no motivation to do anything, but if the interweb stays this slow all day then i might actually have a productive afternoon :confused:

I'm at work.

There's a fat ol' envelope from our payroll company, which gives me hope that we do actually get bonuses this year.

oh I'm sittng at my desk alright. but working, not so much. the phone hasn't even rang once yet. when it does it will be my boss checking in...but even he's out of the office til after new years.

I've being able to come to work and relax. I'm probably going to have to streach out my projects a bit so i have enough to keep my busy for the next week.

and now I gotta go analyze some mutual funds. whoop.

I can't seem to get warm in my office. A heavy undershirt, a shirt, and a sweater and I'm still shivering.

1500-2300 all the way till Friday.

I gotta work new years eve and new years too. It will be my one year mark at my job. I think I'm gonna bring a bottle in since the building will be empty again and nothing to do.

Working on holidays suck. You can only sleep so much till you get bored with it.

the hard thing is determining whether or not i did enough so far today to validate an entire days work. the physical showing of my work is quite impressive, but in reality i didnt have to do much today to actually produce the result.

unfortunately i had to work today. i'm still there in fact. screwing around on the computer so there!!!!
